CRM Insight was established in 2008 as the company Omere and merged in 2012 with the CRM division of the Crayon Group. The management visioned a strong og potent Scandinavian power house for Customer Relationship Management services. With in-depth knowledge of CRM philosophy, strategy, integration and implementations, the company met a rapidly growing market. Ragnar held the position as Chairman of the Board from 2008 until the company was acquired by Økonomibistand in 2014.
